Upload a document to a folder in the File Manager so that everyone in your organisation can find and open it. You can upload files from your computer or phone, or take a picture or record a video straight away.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Have a folder ready. Files always go inside a folder: Root holds folders only. If the right folder doesn’t exist, create it first. See Create and organise folders.
- Check the file. You can upload pictures, videos, PDF documents and plain text (.txt) files, each up to 10 MB. See What you can upload.

| “You selected … of files, but maximum allowed size is 50 MB” | The files together are too big. Upload them in smaller groups. |

| “Upload failed” | A file couldn’t be stored. Select Retry, or try again later. If it keeps happening, tell your administrator. |
